各位先進大家好！ 

I'm pleased to announce that U-SWOT TMC, the first new Toastmasters Club in the year 2007, was born on January 10th. Let's welcome them to join us.
很高興在此宣佈 2007 年全國第一個新成立的分會-- 優勢活英語演講會 ----- 在一月十日正式成立。讓我們熱列歡迎他們加入我們的行列。 

Special thanks goes to the following people who devoted their time and energy to chartering this new club. They are: Irving Huang, Bing Bing Lin, Mike Yang, Rachel Yang, Sven Chow and many others.
