I am forwarding the TI vice director Dan's reply to our past district governor Bing Bing Lin, DTM mail FYI.

All of the new clubs' sponsors and mentors(serve the new club at least 6 months) need only ask the new club's charter president to send a service confirmation mail to newclubs@toastmasters.org  Then the sponsors and mentors will be validadated.
世界總會已簡化創立新會發起人及新會指導人之認可程序，請各位熱心之創立新會發起人及新會指導人要求該新會之創會會長去函 newclubs@toastmasters.org ，証實您已確實完成服務該分會 ( 請註明分會名稱、分會號碼及服務期間 ) 之任務 ( 已不需要回傳原來總會制式之認可函 )，總會就會認可您的資格。

The follow up sheet is no longer required although it may be used.

In it's place an e-mail from the club president confirming the sponsor's service may be used.
