Dear fellow VPEs, Presidents, Area / Div. Governors,
各位教育副會長 會長 及 區 部 總監們大家好:

The new education system new badges application is all in one for each club and Div. by next June 30.   (please re-apply for the whole term's achievements, CC,AC-B,ACS, ACG and DTM)
所有分會在明年六月前的教育成就榮銜之新名牌請各分會重新申請. 並需在今年十二月底前由各分部總監匯總傳給總會秘書長一併申請，逾期或資料不全者將不再受理。

Paul))) please develop an application form of the necessary data  that I mentioned before, then mail to each Div. Governor for their governing clubs to fill it out.
請秘書長設計一份統一的申請表格傳給各分部總監轉寄各分會填寫申請
　

Note: Please apply for the members' last educational achievement status by June 30, 2007
 因所有名牌已改為統一的白底藍字，所以請申請各合格會員到明年六月底之教育成就，以利電腦刻字。

Owing to the new educational system in Toastmasters. "There are no more CTM and ATM badges"
因為世界總會今年起實施新制度，已廢除原有的 CTM 和 ATM 的名牌

All the new badges will be white badge with blue letters.
所有新制教育成就名牌都已改成白底藍字的名牌

A great way for clubs to recognize new members and the accomplishments of all members. Engraved with member’s name, communication achievement level (CC, ACB, etc.) and leadership achievement level (CL, ALB, etc.) Can include club number and/or club name upon request. Name only for new members. White badge with blue letters. 

All the CC, AC applications for each club will go to each Div. Governors and forward the necessary information by Dec. 31, 2006, to District secretary Paul Lee for the related order arrangements.

請各分會將合格申請會員之資料在十二月底前匯整到各分部總監再由各分部總監匯總詳細的相關資料傳給總會祕書長 Paul Lee 核對無誤後 再統一向世界總會申購

All the applicants will only limit to the newly achieve CC, AC and DTM from July 01, 2006 through June 30, 2007.
申請人資格僅限於從今年七月一日到明年六月三十日間達成新制 CC, ACB,ACS,ACG 和 DTM 的正式國際演講會會員
