新營英語演講會成立了

I'm very happy to announce that our 107th Toastmasters Club--Shin Ying Toastmsters Club was born on November 14, 2006.  Congratualtions!
全國第 107 個國際演講會-- 新營英語演講會--在2006年十一月十四日正式成立。在此特表祝賀之意。 

Special thanks goes to the following people who devoted their time and energy to establilshing this new club. They are: Rose Lee, Mike Lee, David Tsui, Casey Lin, Camila Wu, Martho Lo and many others.
