顏前總會長當選國際總會理事

Dear fellow leaders,
親愛的國際演講會領袖們大家好:

This morning ,Aug 26, in the TI annual convention election, our past district governor George Yen, DTM, decisive won the election of the International Director 2006-2008.
今天早上在美國華府舉行的世界年會選舉中，我們台灣地區前總會長顏瑛宗，以決對性的得票數當選世界總會 2006-2008 理事。

There are 8 regions and one DNAR (districts not assign to region)
國際演講會全世界分為八大區域和北美以外的DNAR區域

each region has two directors, i.e. 9 x 2 = 18 and International president, 1st senior vice president, 2nd senior vice president, 3rd senior vice president and IPIP.
18 + 5 = 23 TI Directors.
每個區域有兩位國際理事，加上國際總會長、第一副總會長、第二副總會長、第三副總會長、前國際總會長總共有 23 位理事。
