morning fellow Leaders, The more we involve,
the more we love. In these days, my
heart is still pumping and wandering hard in taking the district
governor torch from all beloved fellow D67 Toastmasters. When I think back to
the basic of Toatsmasters 4 core values, amazingly, the solution reveals |

| 4. | Dedication to Excellence | 追求卓越 |

I am here propose the
1-5-1-10 goal of D67 for all fellow Divisions, Areas and Clubs, |

| 1. | 1 New Club for each Area | 每個分區創立一個新分會 |
| 2. | 5 CC for each Club | 每個分會完成五位中級演講員 |
| 3. | 1 AC for each Club | 每個分會完成一位高級演講員 |
| 4. | 10 New Members for each Club | 每個分會召募十位新會員 |

President's Distinguished from Clubs, Areas, Divisions and District.Is
