Dear Toastmasters, 

Starting from January 2006, the requirements of leadership track have changed.
It reminds us that, in Toastmasters, we learn not only speech and communication skills, but also leading skills (to be an excellent leader).

However, do you really know about leadership? 
Now, here comes a good chance for us to learn from these excellent leaders.
Based on their wisdom and experience, we can be much more successful leaders than they are.

Spark TMC has planned meetings on the theme of ‘SPEECH and LEADER'.

In the past three months, we've learned that the key elements of a good speech and a good speaker are Sincerity, Persuasion, Educational, Enthusiastic, Confident and Humorous.

Now, we are going to enter our LEADER program.

In the LEADER program, we will learn how to Lead by serving, how to conduct an Effective teamwork and Achieving the goals. Also we will learn the skills of Delegation, Encouragement and Recognition. 

On April 13^th, we have invited DTM, George Yen, to be the first VIP guest.

He is going to deliver a keynote speech and share with us his valuable experience in leadership. After his speech, there will be a Q & A period for three minutes. You can list your questions about leadership and consult this excellent leader.
