恭喜發財, 狗年行大運！
I would like, firstly, to give an
important announcement for District Officer Nominating Committee
member, 2006.
首先, 我很榮幸宣佈有關今年總會幹部提名委員會的相關事宜.
Because George Yen, IPDG, is going
to run election for International Director 2006 in Washington. He is
ineligible as a member of this committee.
前總會長顏瑛宗先生, 因為參與在華盛頓舉行的世界總會理事競選, 不符為提名委員會委員的資格.
As the District Governor of D67, I
am very happy to appoint the 7 members of Nominating Committee as
follow;
身為地區總會長, 我很高興提名以下 7 名會友為提名委員會委員.

2. Division B, Grace Hsu,
