參賽資格 |

Dear Leaders： It's the contest season. Because we are a full status District. We have to concern about the eligibility and originality matter for all contestants from club， area， division， and district level contests. 現在是演講比賽的季節，因為D67目前是完整的地區總會，我們必須特別注意參賽者的資格，以及原創性的課題，不論是各分會、分區、分部以及地區總會層級的比賽都要注意。 Eligibility：資格 |

| 1. |
good standing member in good
standing club. 必須為在有效分會的有效會員。 |
| 2. |
dual member means pay whole
annual fees to each club. 雙重會籍的定義是必須二個會，都繳足會費才算數。 |
| 3. |
if a member is ineligible in
club level，he/she
is disqualified even he/she had won the first place in higher level
contest. 假如在分會比賽即資格不符者，就算更高層級比賽時獲得名次，也是不合格。 |
| Originality: 原創性 | |
|
The speech must 100% (or
almost 100%) from the speaker's head. Must not copy from other resources.
The contest judges play an important roles. 這篇演講必須百分之百 ( 或是幾乎是百分之百 )來自演講者的腦部，各級比賽的評審，必須嚴格把關。 |
