諸位會友
The proposal regarding the dues increase had been
passed on 8/26 in Toronto Canada.
有關增加收取會費的提案，己經於加拿大多倫多的世界年會中被通過。
The semi-annual dues from $18-$27 is effecte from
October 1 this year.
每半年會費，由 18 美元增加至 27 美元，並自 10 月 1 日起生效。
Beside the membership annual dues, the new
member and new club charter fee are also increase as follow;
除了會員會費外，新會員入會費及新分會註冊費亦調整如後；
1. New member fee: $20 ($16)
新會員入會費由美金 16元，調整為美金 20元。
2. New club charter fee $125 ($96) 新分會註冊費由美金
96元，調整為美金 125元。
3. Club reinstatement fee $162.
舊分會重新註冊費，為美金 162元。
