停止一切翻譯作業

Dear members in District：
親愛的會友們： 

Because the copy right is a serious matter and it affects our entire organization (District and TI). There are 2 things I want to announce seriously：
因為智慧財產權是一件很嚴肅的事情，它可能會影響到我們整個組織，包括我們台灣地區總會以及世界總會，現在我很嚴肅的宣佈二件事： 

1. Please stop any translation work unless under WHQ authorized permission.
    在沒獲得世界總會正式授權前，請停止一切翻譯作業。

2. Please stop to distributing any translation materials.
    請停止一切有關翻譯資料傳遞。 

May be it would be slow down the educational achievements of non English speaking members. However, I have no choice. I will do my best to deal with WHQ to find out better solution for us.
如此，可能會影響非英語社團會友，遲緩達成他們教育性的成就，但是我沒有選擇，我將儘我最大力量，與世界總會連繫，找出對我們較佳的解決方案。 

I'm very sorry to make this decision. Hope everyone can understanding about it's really a serious matter.
我很抱歉做這個決定，希望大家能夠諒解，這真是一件很嚴肅的課題。

Please all ExCom members forward this message to all club presidents and ask them to make announcement in regular meeting.
請各執委會會員傳達此一訊息予各分會會長，請在各例會中宣達。
