We have to appreciate you in advance for your supporting and helping Members、Clubs、Areas、Divisions and District in winning the No. 9， as the selected distinguished district among 76 districts in the world. 首先謹誠摯的感謝您過去一年來對分會會員， 貴分區、貴分部及對我們 67區，台灣地區總會的支持和傑出表現。使得我們台灣地區能在全世界一百多個國家的七十六個地區總會中榮獲第九名之- 精選傑出地區總會的殊榮。 D67 has 6 Divisions， 23 Areas and 96 Clubs with 2424 members， 1116 members (46%) joined and there were 9 new clubs chartered in the past one year. They are Legend 、Cheng Kung、CTCI、NCCU、NCU、FDC、Wen Chang、NeiHu、MSD。 台灣地區總會目前有 六個分部，二十三個分區，九十六個分會，共有 2424 位會員， 其中有 1116 位新會員是在過去一年中加入國際演講會的， 約佔台灣總會員人數的百分之四十六。過去一年中共有九個新的英語分會成立， 分別是 傳說進階、成大、中鼎工程、政大、中央大學、財資中心、文昌國小、內湖、默沙東藥廠。
As for
the term 2005-2006 required officer trainings：
1. 25 out
of 29 Division and Area Governors were trained on June 25 and July 2，
2005.
2. 93 out
of 96 clubs' 453 officers joined the 1st club officer training that hosted
by divisions.
3. 7 clubs
less than 4 officers in joining the club officer training. And there are 8 clubs that are with or less than 12 members， will be entitled to be assigned two coaches to help these club reach Distinguished by next June 30.And these successful coaches will be credited as one of the criteria in applying for the AL award. 目前共有八個分會之會員人數等於或低於十二人，急需熱心之其他分會的會友前往協助，使該分會能在明年六月三十日前達到傑出分會的目標，總會將根據各分區及分部總監之提送名單各任命兩位救援教練前往協助，而該成功之救援教練也將可成為該會友申請高級領導員的條件之一。
