3. nominate candidates and sign your name on the nominating form
(refer to attachment about
District Leader Nominating Form)
提名你的下屆部總監候選人, 並且在提名表格最底下簽上你的姓名
(參考附檔提名表格)
4. All candidates must sign their names on "Officer
Agreement and Release Form"
(refer to attachment about Officer Agreement and Release Form)
候選人必須填寫同意書並且親自在同意書上簽名 (參考附檔候選人同意書)
Please submit nominating form and
officer agreement and release form to me by e-mail. The
deadline of submitting the two forms to me is March 1, 2016
(Tuesday) . The sooner the better. I'll make a report to District
Director Caroline Kiang after we finish our job on March 1, 2006.
在您確定候選人資格無誤後，請將提名表格及候選人同意書寄來給我即可。提名截止日為2016年三月一日星期二。愈早寄給我愈好。當我們完成了提名作業後，我會向總會長做個報告，請她宣佈結果。
