It is my honor to announce that Ruth Liu, DTM has achieved her distinguished Toastmaster title on July 4 2015.
　

Ruth joined Toastmasters in March 1, 2001 with New Century Bilingual Club, she also has been a member of Fluency Toastmasters Club.
　

For the past 15 years, she was actively participating in events in Toastmasters and she served :

今天我很榮幸宣布劉恬萍會員於中華民國一0四年七月四日拿到了傑出會員 DTM 榮銜。
　

恬萍是在2001年三月參加新世紀雙語國際演講會。在過去十五年中，她不但積極參與演講會的活動，並且擔任過分會秘書，分會會員副會長，以及擔任新世紀分會會長及 I 1 區區總監。

我相信 恬萍 今後一定會將他在演講會所學的領導與溝通技能，毫無保留地分享給比較新進的會員。讓他們也可以增加自信，自我成長。以後變得像她一樣傑出。
