  2015-2016 總會經費補助和獎勵計畫

There is some good news to share with all of you. The District has some subsidiary and incentive programs for our clubs/Areas/Divisions for this term (2015-2016). Please kindly pay attention to below content.
有好消息和大家分享,今年(2015-2016)總會實施數項經費補助計畫和獎勵計畫,分別條列於下方,請詳閱。
 
(A)Subsidy Plan 經費補助計畫
  1. Club Officer Training – NT$3000 will be subsidized to each Division for each training (two trainings each term). Such subsidization can be applied in groups if a training is held for more than one Division. For example: NT$6000 for a training held for 2 Divisions, and so on.
分會幹部訓練 – 經費補助: 每分部每場次 (每年度兩場次)補助NT$3000元,合辦者補助款可合併申請,例如: 兩部合辦者,該場次補助NT$6000,以此類推。
  2. Other Training – Other District Sponsored training (such as : Leadership Enhancement, New Member Orientation, Judge/contest training, etc.) will be reimbursed according to the actual expenses of venue rental, stationery xeroxing, posters, printing…etc. Reasonable refreshment can be reimbursed. For whole day training of Leadership Enhancement training, lunch boxes can be subsidized for those who attend the whole day training. For other trainings, even if it’s whole day, no lunch boxes will be subsidized, unless it’s approved by District in advance.
其他教育訓練 – 其他由總會核准的教育訓練(例如:優質領導、新會員訓練、裁判/比賽訓練…等)可依實際發生費用金額如數補貼,但費用限:場租、文具、影印、海報、印刷…等。合理的茶點費可補助。除了整天的優質領導訓練,可補助午餐餐盒給參加整天訓練者,其他的教育訓練,若為整天,不補助午餐便當,除非經總會事先特別核准。  
  3. Area Contests and Division Contest
Each Area contest : NTD1000 (higher than the NT$500 in last term)
Each Division contest NTD2000
Above subsidy application to be made by Division Director, with receipts of contest expenses with the total amount equal to or higher than the subsidy.
分區比賽與分部比賽
分區演講比賽每區補助1000元(高於去年度的500元)
分部演講比賽每部補助2000元
以上補助均經由部總監提出申請,請款需附上比賽費用之收據
       
(B) Incentive programs 獎勵計畫
  1. “Membership Net Growth”- Calculation and Award
“會員人數淨成長"計算及獎金:
    a. Definition for “Membership Net Growth”: members at end of term minus members at beginning of term; if the result is positive, it’s “net growth”.
 "會員人數淨成長"定義:期末人數減期初人數,其差為正數者,即為"淨成長"。 
    b. 1st half term (7/1 - 12/31) club membership net grow 4 or more members : NT$ 2000
上半年 (7/1 - 12/31) 分會人數淨成長4人或以上:2000元
    c. 2nd half term (1/1 – 6/30) club membership net grow 4 or more members : NT$ 2000
下半年 (1/1 – 6/30) 分會人數淨成長4人或以上:2000元
    d. Clubs not reaching membership net growth 4 members for 1st half term are entitled to calculate the membership growth for one year (7/1-6/30); if with net growth 4 or more members in one year : NT$2000
上半年未達淨成長4人的分會,可合併下半年計算,若整年度(7/1-6/30)分會人數淨成長4人或以上:2000元。
    e. Remark 1:

註1:
For clubs receiving award for net growth for 1st half term, the calculation for the 2nd half term will need to use 1/1 as the beginning of term.
上半年已達淨成長4人並得獎之分會,下半年淨成長人數須以1/1會員數為期初計算基準
    f. Remark 2:
註2:
For clubs receiving award for either the 1st half or the 2nd half term are not entitled for the award for whole term as above d)
上半年、或下半年有得淨成長獎之分會,不再重複納入整年度計算如上述d)
  2. “Membership Retention”:
“留住舊會員”獎勵辦法:
    a. Entry qualification : Clubs with base membership (on 7/1/2015) at least 16
本辦法適用於7/1/2015分會人數16人或以上之分會。
    b. Award Method : On 6/30/2016, clubs with 80% (or higher rate) of old members retained from 7/1/2015 will be awarded of NT$2000.
獎勵方式:於6/30/2016,凡是全年能留住7/1/2015的80%舊會員的分會將給予2000元獎勵
  3. “Distinguished Club Program”
“傑出分會計畫”獎勵:
    a. First Ten DCP clubs : The first 10 clubs becoming Distinguished Club Status will receive an award of NTD1000. Remark : “First 10” is based on the time sequence the club pays the April membership dues, and in the meantime, with the DCP award status.
前十名最快獲得”傑出分會"獎的分會:獎金NT$1000元。 註:前十名的計算是以最先繳交四月會費(以時間先後計算)並成為傑出分會者。
    b. DCP 10 points award : Clubs reaching DCP 10 points on or before 6/30/2015 will receive an award of NTD1000.
DCP 10分獎:6/30/2016前,獲得DCP 10分的分會:NT$1000元。
    c. A club can get both awards if it is qualified for both criteria.
同一分會若同時符合以上兩獎標準,可同時獲前兩獎
       
  Remarks :
註:
  1. All the data to confirm the above incentive plans are based on the data published on Toastmasters International website.
所有獎勵方案的得獎計算將依據世界總會網站公布之數據為準。
  2. The applications of the awards shall be submitted by each club rewarded within 30 days of the announcement of the result from the District.
各獎勵申請於總會公告受獎名單後,請得獎分會於30天內提出申請,才能發給獎金。
  3. Because of the transition of the terms in July, the last applications of the awards shall be submitted within 10 days of notification.
七月份因與新任幹部交接在即,請於總會於明年七月初公告受獎分會後,10天內必須提出申請。
  4. Application method : Please fill out the “Reimbursement form”, and attach with club’s expense receipts. Reimbursement forms can be download in D67 website. In case of problem downloading, please ask PQD Teresa Chang.
申請方式: 請得獎分會填寫請款單,請款時請附上各項分會費用收據。請款單可於總會網站下載,若無法下載,可問教育副總會長張海星。
  5. Receipts can be used for applying for award : “venue rental”, “stationery”, “Xeroxing fee”. Receipts of “food & beverage” are not accepted.
申請獎金的費用收據規定: 會議場租、文具、影印等行政費用。餐飲費收據恕無法接受。
