親愛的分會會長，區總監，部總監以及會員們，
I appreciated your
endeavors to get the proxies to our district director
Caroline so she could vote on behalf of you for my campaign.
This year we had the highest proxies rate from our clubs
because of your engagement. Your votes represent your belief
in my competencies and contributions to Toastmasters as an
International Director. The election result was not what I
expected. I did not get elected to be international
director R13 in this campaign.
謝謝大家努力把委托書給我們的總會長可芸，好讓她在我這次的選舉中投票給我。今年我們有創紀錄的委託書完成率都是因為大家的投入。你的投票代表了你相信我來競選國際理事，將會對我們的國際演講會貢獻出我的能力。雖然競選的結果不是我預期的，我沒能選上十三區的國際理事。
During the
campaign year, particular the campaign week i was strongly
supported by my campaign manager- Viki Kinsman, past
international director, region 7 and floor manager- Grace
Shih施惠芳(Past
District Governor), members: Amy Yeh
葉潤美 from
Taichuang TMC( TTC), Tosca陳錦堯 (TTC/Dali
TMC), Samuel Chuang( Leadership Village/Formosa), our trios
( Caroline Kiang, Teresa Chang, Trini Ding) and past
district governors Kevin Parent (D93 Korea), David Fisher (
D70,Australia), Juliet (PDG, region 7) and many others from
other district/regions. Especially, Grace Shih施惠芳(Past
District Governor), Amy Yeh ,Tosca and Samuel Chuang
sacrificed their own educational sessions and spent time for
my campaign all the way. Of course, I am also strengthened
by the visible or invisible constant support from my
husband, past international president George Yen. I would
also like to appreciate clubs that gave me opportunities to
practice the showcases : my home club-Leadership Village,
Spark, TGIF and leaders/members whose name i may not include
here. Without these people's strong support and believing in
me, i would have not done so well in this challenging race.
在去年競選的一年，尤其是最後一個星期，我得到我的競選團隊無條件地支持。謝謝下列各位領導，Viki

Chuang，他們犧牲了他們可以在大會聽教育訓練的時刻來我的競選攤位全職服務。尤其是我先生，顏瑛宗前世界總會長在有形，無形中給了我最大的支柱。還有我的母會（領導村），以及Spark,
TGIF
等等，也許我沒辦法把所有幫助過我的人的名字一一列舉出來，但是如果沒有你們堅強的支持和相信我，我是不可能在如此競爭的選舉中，有如此好的表現。
Not winning was
definitely not my plan . However,it offers me great
opportunities to reflect and begin a new journey. life
continues to surprise and strengthen us! Again, thank you
for believing in me!
沒有贏當然不是我的計劃，但是它給了我一個很好機會來開始我的新的旅程。我們就是在這些意外中來磨練我們的人生。
