Our Nominating Committee Chair Marian Hsiao has completed the nominating process. Please refer to the list underneath for 2015-2016 District Officer candidates for your file and information. The election will be held in the morning at Council Meeting in Taipei CCP Building on April 26, 2015, during the Spring Conference.

Should there be candidate be nominated from the floor, please follow the instructions in Committee Chair's letter, 3/15/2015.

Dear Eric,

I'd like to show my heartfelt appreciation to members of all nominating committee members for their help in completing the nominating job. They tried very hard to seek out prospective candidates for their divisions and then nominated them for the offices.

在此，我由衷地感謝所有的提名委員們。因為他們的熱心參與及奉獻，才有今天這份候選人名單。

Attached is 2015~2016 district officer candidate list. Please announce the list to the district council members. If there's any candidate to be nominated from the floor at the annual meeting, the candidate must be present then and there. I'll check his/her qualification and then ask them to sign their names on the "officer agreement and release form". Right after the process, the candidate is eligible to be the candidate.

附檔是提名委員會報告。請在網路上宣佈所有候選人名單。如果有現場提名 (例如: 新成立的分部 部總監 或其他總會職務現場被提名者)，該候選人必須在現場，我會審核他們的資格並要求他們親自在"候選人同意書"上簽名。這樣他們才有資格成為候選人及被選舉。
