Dear Leaders of District 67, 親愛的演講會的領導者，大家好， During submission of receipts for District's below subsidiary and/or incentive program awards, District has rules that only certain kinds of receipts can be used. Please see below supplementarey explanation : 有關以下各項總會今年度的補助款或獎金的請款收據，總會有規定必須是某些內容才能用來請款，補充說明如下，請注意: 1. Rental fee for contests, trainings, and meetings 1. 比賽、訓練、開會的場地租金 2. Stationery, Xeroxing, posters, printing...etc. 2. 文具、影印、海報、印刷等相關 3. Reasonable refreshment for contests, trainings, meetings 3. 合理範圍的茶點(比賽、訓練、開會用) 4. Lunch boxes (must be whole day contests or trainings) 4. 便當(必須是整天的比賽、訓練才可) Also, some clubs don't know how to check their member status (net growth...etc.) Here is a link of all club performance in TI. Please click to check your club's membership status : "BASE" means the beginning member number (7/1/2014), and "TO DATE" means the current member numbers. If "TO DATE" minus "BASE" equals or is larger than 4, then your club has membership "net growth" of 4. Congratulations! District will have a report based on TI's dashbaord after Dec. 31, and all awards of "membership net growth" will be announced. Each club can check your own club membership status now, and work a little harder, you might be the award winner.
