各位分會會長:

At the beginning of the term 2013-2014, District Governor has agreed an incentive plan with all Division Governors. Within which District has promised to award the first 15 DCP clubs for their dedication and hard works toward the distinguished status under Distinguished Club Program.
在本屆開始時，總會長與部總監們在一次討論會中訂了一個獎勵計劃。其中一項是總會對本屆前15個努力達到傑出分會的分會給予獎勵。

Today, we are happy to announce the winners of this award. March 23, 2014,we had our 15th clubs, four together, produced. There are 18 clubs who has reached the distinguished goal and meet the requirement of the award. They are as follows:
今天，我們很高興宣佈這些達標分會的名字。2014年3月23日，我們的第15個傑出分會,四個分會一起，出爐。共18個分會達到傑出分會的目標符合獎勵計劃給予獎勵。這些分會的名字如下:

Congratulations to these clubs. Each club will be awarded an administration fee of NT$1,000 at the dinner party of 2014 Spring Conference, April 12,
2014.
恭禧這些得獎分會，每個分會將於本次春季大會4月12日晚會中獲頒台幣1,000元行政獎金。

For accounting purpose, it is required that each recipient to submit a Voucher for Reimbursement, see attached file, along with receipts in a total amount no less than NT$1,000. If you are one of the 18 clubs, please submit your reimbursement form as soon as possible preferably before Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Details of application is shown on the reimbursement form.
為了符合會計程序，每個分會需用如附加檔之「墊款請償單」加上不小於獎金金額的收據申請這項費用。如果你是這18個分會中的一個，請儘快送進您的請償單，最好在4月9日星期三之前完成。請償單上有詳細申請說明。(下載請償單)
