Hope you have an enjoyable holiday. 春天到了，佳節安適。 As we are ready to start the contests toward 2014 Spring Conference, I would like to remind you a change in our contests. According to 2014 Speech Contest Rulebook of Toastmasters International, a note under the 'Preparation' of 'Contest Chair's Checklist' in 'Speech Contest Checklists' has been added to Item No.1. It reads as follows: 當您為今年春季大會演講比賽做準備賽時，我想提醒您一點和比賽有 Note: If there is an entry fee for the contest, that fee must be waived for contestants. Contestants cannot be charged a fee to compete. 註: 在收取入場費用的比賽裏，不得向參賽者收取比賽費用。比賽者參賽 We know that there is no problem to the contests at club level because there is no entry fee involved. For speech contests at area and division level respectively, if you plan to collect a fee from each participants for a contest, you must waive the fee from contestants according to the contest note.
