The workshop for Marketing Strategic and Action Workshop at North held on 3/3 has very good results according to the feedback from participants. 95% of participants satisfy and learn from this workshop.  For the Central and South, we would like to let Davison Governors to decide to have it or not.

北區推廣策略與行動工作坊已於3/3日圓滿成功結束, 據參加者的回饋, 有95%的滿意度, 中南部方面, 將由分部總監決是否要續辦.

For promotion Toastmasters , support 1+1 program, and encourage members for membership and club growth, after discussion at “New Club Chartering Committee Meeting” we decided to present the award as bellows:

為了推廣Toastmasters, 支援1+1新會員專案, 並鼓勵會員努力於會員數及分會數的成長, 經過創新分會委員會會議的討論後, 我們決定獎勵以下的成果:

● New Members: member will receive one District 67 T-Shirt if they successfully introduced one new member in the period between 3/1/2013 to 5/31/2013. The maximum number is limited as 300 T-Shirts only based on WHQ date for each member. If the member is No. 301, then he/she will not have it. Dual members or reinstate members are excluded and cannot have it too. Only “brand new member” counts. Division Governors, please collect data at end of March, April and May . And send the name list to District Secretary, King Lee, for check and award.
● 新會員: 凡會員介紹新會員成功, 將可獲得一件D67的T-Shirt. 時間為3/1/2013至5/31/2013, 僅限300件為止. 如第301者, 則無法獲得. 且僅限純新會員, 双重/多重會員或重新加入者不算. 請各部總監在3,4及5月底, 提供名單給總會秘書長,King Lee, 檢視並頒送.

● New Clubs: 7/1/2012 to 5/31/2013, the sponsors and mentors of new club, will receive the District 67 T-Shirt. One of our district Office leaders, will also donate one “Traditional Chinese Printing” for one person who charter new club, one for each new club.
● 新分會: 在7/1/2012至5/31/2013, 分會發起人及指導師, 也獲得D67 T-Shirt. 另外, 總會辦公室一位幹部, 額外捐贈一幅國畫給一位新分會的有功者, 作為鼓勵和紀念!

● The initiator of new club will receive “District Governor Award for new club” if they successfully charter the club before Spring conference, 4/20/2013. The award will be free ticket for Spring Conference, free HPL manual and award certificate.
● 新分會的起始者在本任期春季大會前創新會成功,也將獲得總會長創會成就獎. 將可得到免費參加此次春季大會, 並得到高效能領導力手册, 及獎狀.

● Area/Division Governors can have HPL manual if they set “Chartering new club” as HPL project. Please also contact District Secretary, King Lee, and apply it.
● 凡部/區總監, 要以創新分會為HPL學習的專案者, 將可得到高效能領導力手册. 也請向提供名單給總會秘書長,King Lee申請.

Please pass this announcement to our members to encourage them on Membership and Club growth. We hope more members will wear District 67 T-Shirts to promote Toastmasters! At same time when we are doing these projects, we are learning and practicing communication and leadership skills!
