大會財務方面的注意事項
　

Dear Leaders, 
各位領導先進,

There are some items here I would like to make it clear  for these finance items of the conference. So we all can follow for now and future.  
有些小問題, 在此澄清一些有關春秋季大會財務方面的事項,今後得以照行:
　

1.

 All the members have to pay the admission fee. The exception are Region Advisor, International Director, Keynote Speaker who are VIP guests invited by District. Other exceptions are the District Approved guests such as reporters, new club related persons, PR related persons.
除了總會邀請的世界總部的地區顧問,國際理事, 專題講師 外, 所有參加的會員必須繳報名費. 例外也包括地區總會核可的貴賓,如記者,新分會有關人士,公關貴賓亦可禮遇免費.

　

 　

2.

 All the payments, expenses for conference must have invoice or receipts. We need these documents to submit to WHQ.
所有支付費用, 必須呈報發票或收據, 這些單據都要呈報到世界總部.

　

 　

3.

 Conference team also needs to provide the name list of participants with their cost data in details. So we can clearly understand the income of the conference. 
大會團隊也必須提供參加者的名單及其繳費款數的細節, 以利清楚明白.

　

 　

4.

 The contestant can invite 2 persons who are friends or family members of contestant to attend that contest for free. But they must be non-toastmasters.
參賽者可邀請二位親友免費參加該項比賽而他們必須是非會員.


Our conference team always works very hard and devotes their time and energy to serve members. We take turn twice a year. We learn the skills from the process and follow the same rules consistently. 
我們大會工作都非常認真貢獻心力與時間,服務會員. 我們一年兩次的輪流交替, 大家在相同的方式 及過程中學習.
