Our 2011-2012 District Secretary Doris
Liu is working very hard on double-checking the reimbursement
application for members’ badges/attachments order. She noticed that
there are still quite a few clubs that didn’t order any
badges/attachments for their members who achieves educational
recognition (CC, AC, CL, AL, DTM) in the 2011-2012 Toastmasters
year. We really hate to see members miss their rights to be
recognized. After discussing with 2011-2012 District Treasurer Kathy
Shih, we decided that a final reminder on this issue should be sent
to all of you.
2011-2012總會秘書長劉秀珠目前正努力進行會員教育榮銜名牌補助的申請查核事宜。她發現還有很多分會沒有提出申請，似乎沒有為那些在2011-2012年度取得教育榮銜（CC中級演講員,
AC高級演講員,
CL中級領導者,
AL高級領導者,
DTM傑出會員）的會員購買名牌。我們不希望看到會員們的努力與成就沒有受到肯定與讚賞。經過與2011-2012總會財務長施淑芬討論之後，我們決定最後再發一封信給各位，提醒您盡快完成這件事。
So, dear Club Presidents, Area Governors,
and Division Governors, this is your final chance for you to
recognize members’ achievement in 2011-2012 Toastmasters year.
各位敬愛的分會會長、區總監、以及部總監，這是您表揚會員們在2011-2012年度成就的最後機會。
For those who achieve
educational achievement in 2011-2012 Toastmasters year (July 1, 2011
to June 30, 2012), the district will pay for their
badges/attachments. As long as the educational achievement is listed
on the World Headquarters website, the district will pay. District
will also pay for the shipping at NT$5000 per Division. Club needs
to place the order of their members’ badges/attachments. Items to be
ordered are: CC 331P, ACB 5516, ACS 5514, ACG 5515, CL 5526, ALB
5542, ALS 5532, DTM 332P. After the order is placed, please kindly
send the invoice issued by the World Headquarters, the reimbursement
application, names of your club members and their educational
achievement to Area Governor/Division Governor. Division Governor
will put all the information together and send together with
reimbursement application form (http://www.toastmasters.org.tw/d67web/ch/district/voucher-for-reimbursement.htm)

a smooth transition to the 2012-2013 District Team, please kindly
complete this task by July 20. We can only accept the
application by July 20. This is the final call and your final chance
to do so.
對於在2011-2012年度（2011年7月1日至2012年6月30日止）達成教育目標的會員們，只要這些教育成就表列在世界總會的網頁上，地區總會將支付購買榮銜名牌/貼片的費用。地區總會也會支付每一分部NT$5000的運費。分會必須為其會員向世界總會下單訂購名牌/貼片，訂購的品項分別是：CC中級演講員
