I am so happy to announce that the very first President Distinguished Club of 2011-2012 is born.
很高興向大家宣布2011-2012年度的第一個總會長傑出分會已經誕生了！

Nantou Toastmasters Club of Area B3 in Division B has received the recognition from the world headquarters as the President Distinguished Club. This is the very first club recognized as President Distingushed this term.
隸屬B部B3區的南投分會已經獲得世界總會核定為總會長傑出分會。這是本年度第一個獲得總會長傑出榮銜的分會。

I'd like to congratulate President Alan Chen and his members as well as leaders in Division B for their outstanding performance. I'd also like to express my admiration to them. It takes team work to make the club a President Distinguished club. It also shows that Nantou Toastmasters Club is a quality club that provides it's members lots of opportunities to learn and grow on a regular basis.
謹在此恭喜陳鴻德會長與南投分會所有會員以及B部領導團隊傑出的表現，並致上敬意。成為總會長傑出分會需要團隊的努力。這也代表南投分會是一個能夠持續提供會員不斷學習與成長機會的高水準分會。
