In regard of purchasing
badges, each club should place the order base on the
Club Success Plan. Your club success plan shows you who
are expected to achieve their educational goals in this
term of 2011-2012. Club should place the order to the
World Headquarters store. Order can also be placed by
area/division, if the Area/Division Governor is willing
to do so. After the order is placed, please keep the
invoice issued by the WHQ as well as the detail
information of badges purchased with names and
educational achievement. These data are to be submitted
with reimbursement application form (http://www.toastmasters.org.tw/d67web/ch/district/voucher-for-reimbursement.htm)
to District secretary and treasurer for reimbursement.
有關購買教育榮銜名牌,分會應各自依據貴會制定的「分會成功計劃」來下訂單。貴會的「分會成功計劃」能幫忙您清楚瞭解貴會在2011-2012年度,有哪些會員預計達成哪些教育榮銜。分會應直接向世界總會購買名牌。如果區/部總監願意,當然也可以以區/部下訂單。當您下訂之後,請務必保留世界總會發出的確認單與帳單,以及包含會員大名及其教育榮銜等等資料的訂單。請將這些資料連同墊款請償單

送交總會秘書長與財務長以便向地區總會申請補助。
District will only reimburse
those names with educational recognition that appear on
WHQ website from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. District
will also reimburse shipping for NT$5000 per division.
地區總會將以2011年7月1日
至2012年6月30日
止,世界總會網站所列之獲得世界總會頒授各類教育榮銜之會員為補助對象,另外,每一分部將獲得NT$5000的運費補助。

order directly with the WHQ and save the data for
reimbursement.
