I am very sorry for the delay as the process has been long & difficult! I want to thanks all the members of this committee for the hard work and endeavors! All the candidates will need to make a 1-2 minutes campaign speech during the coming council meeting at Eda University in Kaohsiung in the morning of 4/22!
