參賽資格：
Qualification：

1. |
具有中華民國國籍無雙國籍者，目前就讀於國內各大專院校之在學學生(含研究所)。
You must be a R.O.C. passport holder and possess no other passport. You
must be a college or an university student (undergraduate and graduate
school) at the time of submitting registration. Failing to meet this
requirement, you will be disqualified as a contestant and you should return
to Taipei Rotary Club all the prizes, gifts, tokens and other benefits
awarded to you. The vacancies of the first six winners will be filled up by
the immediate runners-up. |

2. |
未曾於國外就學且居住超過六個月以上者。違反此規定者將被取消參賽資格，所有獎項、獎品、贈品、優惠等皆應退還予台北扶輪社。優勝者若有違反此項規定，主辦單位有權取消優勝資格，缺額與名次自動遞補。
You should have not lived or studied abroad for more than 6 months in total.
Failing to meet this requirement, you will be automatically disqualified as
a contestant and you should return to Taipei Rotary Club all the prizes,
gifts, tokens and other benefits awarded to you. The vacancies of the first
six winners will be filled up by the immediate runners-up. |

獎品不可轉讓予他人亦不得變換現金或他物，得獎者必須依台北扶輪社所安排之日期前往指定之國家或地點，否則以棄權論，並不得請求任何補償。
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be returned for cash or exchanged
for other items. You must be available to undertake travel on the date and
the place, as designated by Taipei Rotary Club from time to time. Failing
to meet this requirement, your prize will be forfeited without any
compensation to you. |

參賽者同意台北扶輪社有權使用參賽者在本演獎比賽中之相片及錄影，作為宣傳英語演講比賽或台北扶輪社之一般用途。
You agree that any photographs or video-recordings of attendance can be
used to promote the ESC event and the general purpose of Taipei Rotary Club. |
