Dear Toastmasters in Taiwan,  

Thank you so much for your concern. I'd like to express my heartfelt thanks to many friends who feel concern about the earthquake and tsunami disasters in Japan.

It has been one month since the devastating earthquake took place Friday afternoon, March 11^th. We sometimes have aftershocks and power-cut in Tokyo area, but in northern part of Japan evacuated people are still suffered from often, big aftershocks and shortage of various things for daily life. 

Now cherry blossoms are beautiful, but I don't feel so happy as usual. However we will revive with great help from other countries.

こんなに大揺れの地震ははじめて経験しました。

怖くて2回も家からとび出して道に立っていました。

棚の上から花瓶などが落ちましたが、おかげさまで

わたくしたちは無事ですからどうぞご安心ください。

心配してくださる友達がいると思うだけでとても

うれしく、心強いです。ほんとにありがとうございます。
