First of all, we want to express our deep respect and appreciation to you all for your efforts and dedication to serve our fellow members in your 2010-11 term as district or club officer!

首先，我們要對各位在2010年至2011年任職總會與分會幹部期間的奉獻與努力致上深摯的敬意與謝意！

After reviewing several recommendations, we are happy to announce the Toastmaster, Area & Division Governor of the Year for 2010-11 are as follows:

在審核了一些推薦後，我們很高興宣佈2010年至2011年總會年度風雲部總監、區總監與會員的名單如下：

Division Governor of the Year: Shw-Yuan Huang, Division F Governor

年度風雲部總監：F部總監黃淑媛

Justification(得獎理由):

Shw-Yuan did a great job in leading Div. F achieving President’s Distinguished Division Award. Two new clubs ( Puli Bilingual TMC & Harmony Bilingual TMC) were chartered in her term. Moreover, she led a team to visit District 85 (China) Spring Conference in Xiamen and served as one of trainers for Chinese clubs. She also led another team to District 80 ( Singapore) Spring Conference in Singapore for overseas interactions.

淑媛總監成功的領導F部得到總會長傑出分部獎的榮譽！並在任內成立了兩個新分會(埔里水沙連國際演講會與人和雙語國際演講會)。此外，她組團赴廈門，參加85地區總會(中國)春季大會，並擔任中文會訓練講員；她也帶團赴新加坡，參加80地區總會(新加坡)春季大會，對增進海外交流不遺餘力！

Area Governor of the Year: Jude Wei, Area C4 Governor

年度風雲區總監：C4區總監魏宜豪

Justification(得獎理由):

Jude has been a member for more than 25 years. Under his dedicated leadership, Area C4 is the first area achieving President’s Distinguished Area Award. One new club (NTUST TMC) was chartered in this area.

宜豪總監參加國際演講會已超過25年！C4區在他盡心盡力的領導下，是台灣地區第一個得到總會長傑出分區獎榮譽的分區，任內並新成立了台灣科技大學分會。

Toastmaster of the Year: Jeffrey Huang, Division D Governor

年度風雲部會員：D部總監黃瀚誼

Justification(得獎理由):

Jeffrey made what was impossible to become possible and created a chance for us to have a radio program for 3 months in Kaohsiung, introducing Toastmasters. He accepted the challenge without complain and held a Speech Craft Training for 中華專業教練發展協會. He successfully hosted our 2010 Fall Conference and leads Division D to achieve Select Distinguished Award.

瀚誼會友化不可能為可能，他創造機會使總會在高雄廣播電台連續作了三個月的節目，宣揚並介紹國際演講會。他並毫無怨言接受挑戰，為中華專業教練發展協會舉辦演講訓練營課程。他成功的主辦2010年秋季大會，並領導D部得到精選傑出分部獎。

此外，我們決定頒發特別獎項，表揚以下努力協助創會的關鍵會員(按英文字母順序)：
