各位親愛的會長︰ 

The process to Assign proxy:
簽署委託書的步驟如下︰ 

1.) TI sent an email on 11 May, 2011 with subject "Important Proxy Information" to your immediate past club President and Secretary.
世界總會於2011年5月11日發了一封標題為「委託書重要資訊」的電子郵件給2010-11年，也就是剛卸任的各分會會長與秘書。 

2.) Email contains a Six Digit Unique PROXY ID that we need to have to assign proxy. (Please see Attached PROXY_ID.jpg for JPKU Toastmasters Club)
這封電子郵件裡列有一個由數字與英文字母組合而成、獨一無二、專屬於每個分會的委託書字號，這是簽署委託書時必須用到的字號。(請參閱附件「PROXY_ID 委託書字號」)

If the immediate past club president missed this email or can not find this email and has not completed assigning proxy, send an email to "proxyinfo@toastmasters.org". Be sure to include the current club president’s name and email address, and your club number and you should get an email having PROXY ID.
如果貴會剛卸任的會長沒有注意到或是找不到這封電子郵件，也還沒有完成簽署委託書的工作，請寫一封電子郵件寄送到proxyinfo@toastmasters.org。郵件內請務必列出現任會長的大名與電子郵址，以及您的分會號碼。如此一來您應該會收到一封含有「委託書字號」的電子郵件。 

3.) Go to www.toastmasters.org/Members
請上網點閱www.toastmasters.org/Members這個頁面。 

4.) Log in by clicking the Login button.
請點選「登入」 “Login” 並登入。 

5.) Click on the Club Central link. (The club officers whose term ended on 30th June 2011 can still access their respective clubs. If you are not able to access Club Central, then ask your new President to do the process)
點選「會務中心」“Club Central”。(剛卸任的2010-11年分會幹部仍然能夠進入各自分會的會務中心。如果不能，則請現任會長來執行簽署委託書。) 

6.) Click on the club name in which you are president or secretary.
點選您身為會長或秘書的分會會名。 

7.) Click on the Assign/Delegate Club Proxy link. (Please see Attached Club_Central-1.jpg)
點選「簽署分會委託書」 “Assign/Delegate Club Proxy”的連結。(請參閱附件Club_Central-1.jpg會務中心-1)

8.) This will take you to the club proxy submission page.
這個動作會帶您進入「分會委託書上傳」“club proxy submission”的頁面。 

9.) Make your selection from the list provided. (Please see Attached Club_Central-2.jpg)
請由頁面上顯示的下列選項中做出您的選擇。(請參閱附件Club_Central-2.jpg會務中心-2)

- Member of your club attending the Annual Business Meeting   or
        將前往參加年度會務大會的貴會會員        或

- 2011 - 2012 District Governor or the next senior district officer in attendance  ot
        2011-12年度總會長或是出席的下一順位總會幹部          或

- Any active toastmaster from another club who is planning to attend
        計畫參加的任何一位於世界總會登錄的其他分會會員


　

10.) You should have name and Membership number of toastmaster attending or to whom you want to assign your proxies

您必須有將前往參加或您打算委託之受委託人的大名及會籍號碼。

11.) Fill PROXY_ID you get from email, Membership No of Toastmaster who you are assigning your club's proxy and Your Name (as in Toastmasters Records) and click on Confirm and Submit. (Please see attached Club_Central-3.jpg)

把電子郵件內所列的委託書字號以及您的受託人的國際演講會會籍號碼填入，然後點選「確認並上傳」“Confirm and Submit”。(請參閱附件Club_Central-3.jpg會務中心-3)


　

12.) Once submitted you will be on Club Delegate Summary (Please see attached Club_Central-4.jpg)
完成上傳後您將來到分會代表明細的畫面(請參閱附件Club_Central-4.jpg會務中心-4)
