Dear Members: 各位親愛的會友們:　 I am more than happy to announce that Jewel Hsu got her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) on 6/29! Congratulations to Jewel for achieving this great honor! She is the 8^th member who got this highest recognition in our term. We should cheer for Jewel’s remarkable achievement! 本人很高興宣佈，台灣地區總會的許瑩珠會友於今年6月29日獲得傑出會員的榮銜!恭喜許瑩珠會友獲得此一殊榮!她是本屆第八位得到此一成就的會員，值得大家喝采！ Jewel has been a member for 7 years and is an outstanding member of ALE Ladder TMC. She was
the President of ALE Ladder TMC from 2005-06 and Area G1 Governor from 2009-10 as well as the sponsor of PMI TM. Because of her outstanding dedication, she was elected as the area governor of the year 2009-10! 許瑩珠會友加入國際演講協會已七年，是階梯雙語國際演講會的優秀會員。她曾於2005年至2006年間擔任階梯雙語國際演講會的會長，並在2009年至2010年間擔任G1區總監，且創立專案管理學會英語演講會成為該會的發起人。特別是，由於瑩珠會友在區總監任內的優越表現，她當選年度的風雲區總監!　 We believe DTM Jewel Hsu will continue sharing her precious experiences and knowledge in Toastmasters to our fellow members and help our members to gain the same benefits in Toastmasters as s he has--- self confidence & personal growth! 我們相信傑出會員許瑩珠將會繼續把她在國際演講會學到的寶貴經驗與知識分享給眾會友們，並協助大家也能同她一樣達成增進自信，自我成長的目標!
