各位領導幹部:

According to the latest report of our Distinguished District Program, for the education part, we still need 31 CCs! As there are only less than 4 days to go before the end of our term and for the honor of each club, area, division and our district as a whole, I hope more CCs could be reported to the WHQ by 6/30! Our district will honor the top 10 clubs for their education & membership growth awards in our Fall Conference this year!  

根據世界總會卓越地區總會計畫最新的成績統計，我們台灣地區總會仍缺31位以上的中級演講員！由於距本屆幹部任期結束僅剩四天不到的時間，為了各分會、分區、分部以及總會的榮譽，請大家儘快在6月30日前申報到達中級演講員標準的會員！總會將分別對教育與增加會員成果積優前十名的分會在今年秋季大會時公開表揚並獎勵! 

Moreover, I would like to remind you again of reporting the list of 7 new club officers through the webpage of each club to the WHQ ASAP by 6/30! This will not only affect the DCP point of each club, but also the entering of club business page to handle club businesses in the coming year! 

此外，我要再度呼籲，各分會請將新任七位分會幹部的名單，利用各分會網頁儘快在6月30日前向世界總會申報!這不僅會影響各分會下年度傑出分會的成績，同時也會影響到未來這一年各分會在分會網頁上有關行政事項的操作！
