There are only 2 weeks left before we close
the 2010-11 Toastmasters year. It is the
best time for us to examine how we perform
with DCP and to get ready for the coming
year.
距離國際演講會2010-11年度的結束只剩下兩週了。現在正是我們檢視傑出分會計劃的表現並對未來新的年度做好準備的時候。
I’d like to remind you all to take action
for the following issues:
在此要提醒各位對下列事項即刻採取行動︰
1. New club officer list: please submit the
list of your incoming club officers now. The
deadline to submit the list is June 30. If
you didn’t submit the list before the
deadline, after June 30, none of your club
members will be able to get access to any
club business. This will cause a great deal
of problems. So please submit the new club
officers list now! As of today, only 50
clubs have completed this task, there are 99
clubs that need to complete this task.
Following is a list of those clubs. Please
do it now!
新任幹部名單︰請立刻向世界總會繳交貴會新任幹部名單。繳交這份名單的截止日是六月卅日。如果您沒有在截止日前將名單送達世界總會，一過六月卅日，貴會就再沒有任何幹部能登入世界總會網站處理貴會任何會務，如此一來，後續將引發更多問題。所以請您務必立刻將新任幹部名單繳交世界總會。到今天為止只有50個分會完成這項工作，還有99個分會還未繳交。請立即行動！

July Club Officer List Status
2. Educational Achievement: Have you
submitted application of your members’
educational achievement? Our district goals
are to have at least 67 members achieve
their goals in gaining AC and 235 members
achieve CC. As of today, we have fulfilled
our goal for AC, but we are still 67 behind
our goal of CC. I strongly believe we have
more than 67 members who have completed
their C10 speech that have not had their
application submitted. As club leaders, we
are responsible for helping our members
submit the application. It is not just for
DCP. It is mainly for our members to receive
recognition and appreciation on their effort
and achievement. So please don’t wait!
Submit the application of members’
educational achievement now and let our
members be recognized and feel proud of
their growth! Besides, there is a yearly
contest on educational achievement. The top
10 clubs with the most educational
achievement by the end of June will receive
award from the district. Please grab the
last 2 weeks and submit the application now!
教育成果︰您是否已經為會員們提出教育成果及榮銜的申請呢？今年度我們的目標是至少要有67位會員達成高級演講員的目標以及235位會員成為中級演講員。以今天來說，我們已經達成高級演講員的目標，但是距離中級演講員的目標我們還缺少67位。我深信我們一定還有不止67位會員已經完成他們的第十講、但是還沒有向世界總會提出申請。身為幹部，我們有責任幫助會員提出申請。這不止是為了達成傑出分會計劃的目標，主要更為了要對會員們的努力與成就表達敬意與鼓勵。所以請不要拖延！立即針對會員的教育成績向世界總會提出申請，好讓會員們享有他們應得的榮譽與驕傲。另外請別忘了我們總會有年度教育成果競賽。針對教育成果最輝煌的前十個分會，將在秋季大會受獎喔！請把握這最後兩週趕緊提出教育成果與榮銜的申請吧！
