I have invited our Past District Governor Dick Fu to  be  the Vice Credential Chair for the upcoming District Officer election in our council meeting in the morning of  4/24!

本人委請前任總會長傅憲成會友擔任於四月二十四日上午召開之會員代表大會中總會幹部選舉時的選票委員會副主席!

 

In order to have a fair and smooth district officer election, District Secretary is going to send each area governor proxies with the his seal and serial No. on them to club presidents and Vice Presidents Education for the election in the council meeting. Area governors need to distribute these proxies to the clubs in the area once receiving them.   

此外,為更慎重及週全安排下屆總會幹部選舉,此次會員代表之委託書須編號加蓋總會秘書印章. 並由總會秘書逕寄各區總監.各位區總監收到後請儘速轉交轄下各分會.

 

 For the district officer election on 4/24, club representatives need to use "the original proxy provided by District Secretary which is with the secretary seal and serial no. on it and the proxy need to have the authorized signature as well.   

分會會長或教育副會長的代表出席 4 月 24 日會員代表大會時須持總會寄出之委託書正本 (有編號及總會秘書印章) 並有委託人簽名或蓋章始得領取選票.
