親愛的執委會、代表大會及協會的幹部們大家好， Time flies! It’s time for all leaders to get together to learn and share again. Enclosed is the agenda for the joint meeting of ExCom, Council and Association meeting. Please kindly be reminded of the following notices to guarantee the joint meeting would be smooth and successful in such a tight schedule. 時光飛逝！又到了所有幹部相聚，學習與分享的時刻了。 在此附上第三次執委會、第二次代表大會聯合會暨第十五屆第三次理事、監事聯席會議議程。為了讓緊湊的聯合會議程能進行順利成功，請容我們提醒您注意下列事項： 3rd ExCom and 2nd Council joint meeting and Notices 第三次執委會及第二次代表大會聯合會及注意事項 1. ExCom members (all district leaders, all area governors, division governor and above)
Please attend the whole joint meeting
on Apr. 24 , Sunday 9:00-11:50. Since there is no proxy
allowed, please do remember to show up by yourself.
所有執委會的幹部們(含區總監及以上總會幹部)，請務必參加4月24日(星期日)早上9點至11點50分全程的聯合會。由於執委會沒有委任代理出席制，請記得親自出席。 2. Council members (Club Presidents & Education VPs)
please attend the 2nd Council Meeting
on Apr. 24, Sunday 9:40-11:50. However, you are also
very welcome to join the 3rd ExCom meeting. For those
Presidents and EVPs who can’t show up, please do ask one
of your active members to attend the meeting and vote
with your proxy form.
所有分會長及教育副會長請參加4月18日(星期日)旱上9點40分至11點50分的第二次代表大會。然而總會也很歡迎您參加上半段第三次執委會。對於無法出席之分會長及教育副會長，請務必委任貴分會的常態會員，攜帶您的委任書，代理出席。 3. District Officer Election
District officer election will be held
during the council meeting, it is very important for you
to show up and vote for the best candidates for our
members island-wide!
4. Meeting quorum
For ExCom meeting and Council meeting,
we have to meet the quorum to start the meeting, so
please try your best to show up. If we can’t meet the
number of half the members(proxies will be counted in),
then will have to call the meetings again
