Besides, our district has some creative practices in this coming conference:
此外，總會在此次大會中也有一些創新的作法：

First, we will recognize the achievements of all the DTMs in our district by inviting them to have a red carpet entrance at the beginning of the conference party on 4/23.Those DTMs who would like to be recognized in this occasion, please contact Area J-3 Governor James Huang at jamestahhsin@gmail.com or cell-phone at: 0937-062657.  
第一，為表彰傑出會員的成就，總會邀請台灣區所有獲得傑出會員榮銜的會員於4月23日的春季大會晚會開場時，走紅地毯進場!有意參加表揚的傑出會員，請向J-3區總監黃嘉俊 jamestahhsin@gmail.com 或電話:0937-062657報名。 

Second, for the first time, we will set up a book & gift stand to sell the materials and gifts directly coming from the WHQ. This will definitely save you a lot of energy & money! According to our experiences in the international convention, a lot of popular items will be sold out very soon!
其次，總會第一次提供服務向世界總會購買教材與禮物，在會場設攤販售！這絕對可省下會員們不少精神與費用！根據我們參加世界總會年會的經驗，一些熱門的教材或禮物很快就會銷售一空! 

Lastly, I would like to remind all the clubs of paying the semi-annual fee to the WHQ by the end of this month (3/31)! However, don’t submit your fee until the last day of March as there might be an internet jam. Moreover, this payment will be directly related to the DCP of each club!
最後我要提醒各分會，務必要在本月底 (3/31日)前向世界總會繳交下半年會費。不要拖到最後一天才繳交，因為可能會網路阻塞！這次的繳款與各分會傑出分會計畫的分數有直接的關連!
