親愛的總會及分會幹部：大家好!

先跟各位拜個晚年。祝揚眉“兔”氣，大吉大利，迎一百年!
It's my honor to be nominated as the
Nominating Committee Chairperson by
District Governor Mike Yang, of
District 67 Office 2011~2012
Election.
我很榮幸受楊冀光總會長任命為台灣地區2011~2012年總會幹部選舉提名委員會主席。
District 67 Officer election will be
held at Spring conference on April
24, 2010 at Taipei City. We will
elect the following district
officers: District Governor; Lt,
Governor Education and Training; Lt.
Governor Marketing; and 12 division
Governors.
總會幹部選舉將於今年四月24日早上在台北市台灣中油公司總部大禮堂舉行的春季大會中，選出下任地區總會幹部。將選出總會長、教育副總會長、推廣副總會長、及十二位分部
總監。
I'm
very happy to learn from DG that 12
incumbent division governors are
nominating committee members(As the
following announcement from DG).
We'll work together to find out
outstanding future leaders for
district 67. According to rule, no
member of the nominating committee
can be nominated for a district
officer at the election and can’t be
a nominating committee member of
previous year (2010-1011). If a
member of nominating committee can’t
accept the position then another
member will be selected by District
Governor Mike Yang to replace
his/her position of committee
member.
很高興得知現任十二位部總監是提名委員會委員(請參考總會長所寄來的總會提名委員會名單)，有他們的幫忙，如魚得水，
相信可以為總會提出未來最優秀的總會幹部人選。依規定提名委員會委員不得競選下一屆總會幹部職務，也不能是去年提名委員會的成員。
如有部總監欲投入競選而無法擔任此職，則請告知本人，其缺將由總會長另提名取代。

67. All nominating committee

ensure fairness and transparency.

The
deadline for submitting forms
(including district nominating form
and district officer agreement and
release form) is March
25, 2011. Please send
them to me by snail mail. My contact
